Richmond Planning Board
Notice of Public Hearing
Please be advised that, in accordance with RSA 675:7, the Richmond Planning Board
will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday January 13, at 6:00 PM
Located at the Richmond Veterans Hall on Route 32
on proposed amendments to the Richmond Zoning Ordinances.
The intent of the proposed amendments is as follows:
Amendment 1: Add subsection 404.4 under Article 4, Residential District, under Section 404, “Permitted Accessory Uses.” to state as follows:
“404.4 Family and Group Family Child Care: All types of home-based care (family care and group family care) as long as all requirements for such programs adopted in rules of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (He-C 4002) are met.”
Amendment 2: Replace word “Building Permit” within Richmond Zoning Ordinances with the words “Zoning Compliance Certificate” to match Board of Selectman’s updated permit language and per State RSA Correction.
Amendment 3: To add under Article 17 Definitions: Normal Landscaping.
