You are hereby notified of a Public Hearing on

Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM,

located at the Taylor Van Brocklin Municipal Building,

119 West, next to the Fire Department.

The Public Hearing is in reference to a proposed Subdivision of Map 412 Lot 004located on Fay Martin Road.

The property is owned by Kajoca Realty Holdings, LLC

located at 5907 Masters Boulevard, Orlando, FL, 32819.

The purpose is to subdivide Map 412 Lot 004, consisting of

177.87+/- acres creating four lots.

Map 412 Lot 004 consisting of 54.82 +/- acres.

Map 412 Lot 004-2 consisting of 41.33+/- acres.

Map 412 Lot 004-3 consisting of 40.71+/- acres.

Map 412 Lot 004-4 consisting of 41.01+/- acres.
