A public hearing, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b will be held on Monday, August 21, 2017 beginning at 5:30 PM on the following: Public Hearing to discuss proposed acceptance and expenditure of unanticipated revenue from the State of NH under SB 38; additional grants under RSA 235:23 I. These funds shall be expended for highway construction, reconstruction or maintenance purposes. Amount proposed for the Town of Richmond is $48,366.95.
